AREA CONTESTS
For Areas with 3 Clubs, 2 contestants from each Club;
For Areas with 4 Clubs, 1 contestant from each Club.

DIVISION CONTESTS
For Divisions with 3 Areas, 2 contestants from each Area;
For Divisions with 4 Areas, 1 contestant from each Area.

DISTRICT CONTESTS
1 contestant from each Division.
