Club's Mailing Address 

When registering a new club President with World Headquarters online at https://ecommerce.toastmasters.org/ecommerce/timssnet_new/timssnet/login/tnt_login.cfm
a screen will appear at the end of the process entitled Club's Mailing Address.

On this page you choose to whom club mailings from World Headquarters will be sent:
- 'current mailing address' or
- 'new President's address'.
You cannot return to this page once you have marked your choice and submitted it.

If you choose 'current mailing address' club mailings will continue to be sent to the current President. Please note World Headquarters will not change the address automatically when the new President assumes office. They will need to be informed separately when you want the address changed. This means that if you do not inform World Headquarters to change it they will continue after 30th June to send club mailings to the person who will then be the previous year's President.

If you choose 'new President's address' club mailings will be sent to the incoming President henceforth.
