Description Tracking the new Competent Leader award

Online CL tracking

Your club can track its members progress with the new Competent Leader award on this website.

With this online system a club gets a comprehensive chart of the projects its members have completed towards this award - and the other Leadership awards. Also, any member will be able to go online at any time and see their progress and that of others in the club (for example, the member they mentor).

You can see an example of the progress charts on the demonstration site at:
http://easy-speak.org/memberchart.php?c=232&chart=6

To become a part of the online system your club needs to appoint an Administrator who will log the members progress. This role would best suit the VPE, if he or she is internet-savvy, but it can be any club member. The Administrator can try all the features now by logging on at the demonstration site with the username ‘demoVPE’ and password ‘vpe’.

There are guidelines on how to log members progress at:

To register for this system, all your Administrator needs to do is email the District webmaster Malcolm Warden with a spreadsheet containing the following information for each member:
1. Username. For example: ‘AnnBrown’
2. First name. For example: 'Ann';
3. Family name. For example: 'Brown';
4. Email address. Leave blank if they don’t have one;
5. Password. You can give everyone the same password; they can change it themselves later.

This information is entered already for Club and District officers so you should not include them. Any officer who does not know their password should contact Kit Barritt by e-mail. Click here to send an e-mail to Kit

Note: If your club is already on the easy-Speak online system this facility is already available to you. See http://www.d71.org/kb.php?mode=article&k=154.
