The member's status in your club (visitor or full member etc), the mentor assigned to them and their membership number with Toastmaster International may be changed through the Club/User screen.
Certain club officers have additional access to change the member's name, telephone numbers and address.
This screen may also be used to provide details of a future speech on behalf of a member or to upload a photograph into their profile.
Access to this screen, at either level, is available to club officers where the setting in the Club Officer Control Panel for 'Change Member Data' is set as 'Yes'.
If you have access to the Club/User screen a small 'edit' icon will show next to the member status for all members on the 'User list' and 'Usergroup' screens.
The edit icon will also show next to your club in the 'Toastmaster Clubs' section at the bottom of the member's profile screen.
Users who are computer literate should be encouraged to keep their profile up-to-date for themselves.
